Hello and glad you are here!

Hi I’m Rachel and I am a degree qualified Naturopath and Nutritionist with a passion for supporting patients in their health and wellbeing.

As an experienced health professional, my primary focus is on providing the best care and support, through connection and guiding patients through their healing.

The practice of Naturopathy is diverse however at the core, the understanding is that our bodies have an innate intelligence to heal given the correct environment and support. Natural therapies (diet and lifestyle changes, nutritional support and herbal medicines) are effective in supporting the body in healing as providing out bodies with what it needs and addressing mind and lifestyle factors can have an significant impact.

Working with little ones has shown me that our bodies are naturally vital however as we become older, exposed to environmental toxins and experience varying degrees of emotional trauma, this can block our bodies healing ability.

This is where Naturopathy shines and with a good practitioner you can begin to understand and unravel the cause and be guided on the best treatment options.

In my practice of Naturopathy, patients are guided on dietary recommendations, lifestyle and mind-body practices and nutritional and herbal medicines to help correct biochemistry.

The therapeutic connection with patients can not be under estimated as it is essential in supporting each person to feel well again. Naturopathy consultations allow the time for connecting with patients and understanding their health journey.

As a mother of three, I am well-versed in navigating the intricate dynamics of family health, and through my own experiences Naturopathy has helped my family with common helath issues, allergies and importantly has helped to support me emotionally and physically.

My professional journey has led me develop special areas of interest in:

  • Gut and Immune health

  • children's health

  • neurodevelopmental conditions (including Autism, ADHD, PANS/PANDAS).

  • Mental and emotional health

  • Kidney conditions

  • Supporting mothers and carers

Alongside private practice, I am also a consulting Naturopath for the Kidney Coach program supporting clients with Chronic Kidney disease with nutritional and herbal treatments alongside key dietary and lifestyle support.

In practice, you can expect a compassionate approach, rooted in a genuine commitment to understanding the underlying cause and improving your health and well-being.
